Yoga teacher training

Yoga teacher training (YTT) courses teach you to practise and teach safely: anatomy, sequencing, philosophy, breathwork and lots of hands-on teaching practice. The most common format is a 200-hour foundation course, followed by 300-hour advanced training.

About yoga teacher training

Intensive residential trainings usually run for 3–4 weeks. Part-time trainings spread the hours over several months of weekends. If you plan to teach professionally, check whether the course is registered with a body such as Yoga Alliance and what follow-up support the school offers.
