Flow with me through this 75-minute Yin&Yang session 🌿

We’ll begin with the Yang part, inspired by the element of Wood—grounding, rooting, and growing. In the Yin part, your body is given the space and time to gently settle into each posture, with a special focus on the sides of the body.
