- Life Force Kundalini Activation: guided by a carefully curated and immersive musical journey, you will embark on a journey inwards. All you need to do is lie down and surrender to the energy. Your body's intelligence does the rest. You may experience tingling sensations, emotional release, spontaneous movement, profound insights, or moments of deep relaxation and stillness. - Journaling & Integration: a short therapeutic writing practice to anchor the insights, visions, and clarity received during your journey. You move from the "dream state" to the "architect state", turning your internal shifts into a strategic map for your next season.
